Thomas has 25 years of project management and estimating experience in the EPC industry. His background includes work on a diverse range of project types, including creative offices, medical labs, and large-scale manufacturing facilities. In recent years Thomas has focused on financial controls, heading the preconstruction and cost management team for Rivian Automotive’s manufacturing and R&D facilities development programs, and as a consultant for confidential automotive and aerospace clients across the country. Thomas has a Bachelor of Science in Management from Pepperdine University, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Washington and is certified as a Project Management Professional by the Project Management Institute.
